Listing Syndication
Syndication is at your fingertips! You have the ability to modify the syndication preferences for your office’s listings! To access, follow the instructions below. Please note: if your firm consists of multiple branches, the setting will have to be applied to each branch individually.
Matrix
Login to Matrix and click on the Input Add/Edit tab, then locate the office sections and enter your MLSID. In this section you can select and modify the syndication settings.
Flexmls
Login to Flex and click on the Menu tab, then under Preferences click on Broker Distribution. In the Modify Office screen, locate the Select Form section and click on the Office Syndication link. Lastly, locate the Send Listings section and select the portals you would like to syndicate to.
