The Broward Realtor® Charitable Foundation was started in 1987 to solicit and accept contributions to assist Realtors® and members of the public who have specific and urgent needs which cannot be met by any other source; and used as a conduit to process tax deductible charitable contributions for specific needs. Since its inception, the Foundation has helped many Association members and the community. Large or small challenges - we’re here for you, our members and the community.

Pay it Forward Foundation

Southeast Florida

The Realtors® Pay It Forward Foundation was established to help provide financial assistance to association members and their immediate families who, despite making a determined effort, are in economic distress. Through this foundation, our Realtor® members can "pay it forward" by helping other Realtors®.

Attainable Housing

St. Lucie County

The St. Lucie Charitable Foundation of the Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors®, formerly known as the Attainable Housing Foundation, is a 501c3. Since 2006, the Foundation has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars, which has helped countless St. Lucie residents become thriving homeowners. On average, the Foundation provides six or more grants annually. Our Foundation’s goal is simple; we assist in fulfilling the dream of homeownership, as we believe homeownership should be available for all. Registration #CH23435
