The Charitable Foundation was started in 1987 to solicit and accept contributions to assist Realtors® and members of the public who have specific and urgent needs which cannot be met by any other source; and used as a conduit to process tax deductible charitable contributions for specific needs. Since its inception, the Foundation has helped many Association members and the community. Large or small challenges - we’re here for you, our members and the community.
PAY IT FORWARD
The Foundation was established to help provide financial assistance to association members and their immediate families who, despite making an determined effort, are in economic distress. Through this foundation, our Realtor® members can "pay it forward" by helping other Realtors®.
The Realtors® of the Palm Beaches & Greater Fort Lauderdale's Attainable Housing Foundation's plays an active role in addressing the ongoing housing crisis facing our country by providing Attainable Housing grants. Since 2006, more than 85 grants, totaling $193,219, have been approved making the dream of homeownership a reality for many families in St. Lucie County.
