Realtors® of the Palm Beaches and Greater Fort Lauderdale (RAPB + GFLR) member Eric Sain was installed as President of Florida Realtors® at the Mid-Winter Meetings in Orlando. Sain works for Illustrated Properties in Palm Beach as a Realtor® and district sales manager.
Sain has been involved throughout the years in leadership for RAPB + GFLR and Florida Realtors®. He served as a former chairman of RAPB + GFLR and was named Realtor® of the Year in 2010. He has also served as a director and district vice president and served on many boards, forums, and committees for Florida Realtors®.
Sain has great confidence that the Florida real estate market will continue to thrive. “Our state will continue to attract a strong flow of new residents, visitors and businesses in 2019, and our Realtors® will be there to help buyers and sellers at every step of the way,” says Sain, who is active in residential sales. “There is always a benefit to owning a residential or commercial property in Florida.”
Community involvement has always been one of Sain’s top priorities, as he is active in serving the Palm Beach County area. He was appointed to a governor’s task for housing remediation in 2009, served as the 2018 vice chair of the West Palm Beach Flood Plain Management Committee, and is a member of numerous other business and civic organizations.
says Sain. As president, Sain will focus his energy on providing Florida Realtors® with robust information, services, support, and advocacy programs for their members. “Our industry continues to evolve, and real estate professionals can never stop learning,” he says. “In addition, advocacy is one of our most important services, and Florida Realtors® will continue to serve as an effective voice for homeowners and local communities throughout the state.”
