Two Courses to Boost Your Business with Buyers

Many Realtors® are asking questions about how to show their value and better serve buyers. Creating a value proposition package is step one, but what if you're ready to take your business with buyers to the next level? We offer two courses that will equip you with the knowledge and skills to serve your buyer-clients better.

Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®)

The Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) course, also known as the ABR designation, is an eye-opening course for buyer's agents. It focuses on enhancing your skills and knowledge in working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process. By enrolling in the course and its electives, you will not only gain valuable real estate education but also elevate your standing in the eyes of home buyers. As an ABR designee, you will receive specialized information that will keep you up-to-date on the issues and trends facing home buyers, giving you a competitive edge in the market.

Understanding Buyer Broker Agreements

Earn 3 CE credit hours while staying current on the changing real estate business. Due to the NAR proposed settlement, Realtors® will have to implement Buyer Broker Agreements in their business model. This course explains the importance of working exclusively with a buyer and how to determine which agreement is appropriate for your client. You will learn how written agreements protect both the client and the brokerage and recognize what exclusive representation means when working with a buyer.
